Hotel Diplomat - Tbilisi

Near a cable car station, you can easily travel around Tbilisi. 600 metres away there is Poliphonia, where you can dine. Location, an easy walk to all attractions

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was great, with the rooms being large and cozy. The hotel facilities were great, and there was cleaning done every day. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Merab at the reception. He spoke excellent English and guided us towards the best plan to explore the city. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to the city center and all the tourist attractions were within walking distance. We also appreciated the convenience of having a small amenity store nearby and the cable car point to the botanical garden just a short walk away.

The rooms were large, cosy, and nicely decorated. The staff was kind and helpful, suggesting beautiful places to visit and arranging safe and affordable taxis. The hotel was clean and the included breakfast was enjoyable. The location was excellent, close to Liberty Square and within walking distance of tourist attractions.

Great location close to key attractions and transport links. Helpful staff offered tips on how to explore the city. Good breakfast options with fresh fruit and pastries.

The rooms are small and outdated, with no elevators. Limited amenities and no gym on site.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the location was ideal - just a short walk from the city center and with stunning views of the surroundings. Secondly, the rooms were impeccable, with a great attention to detail in terms of cleanliness and comfort. The small balcony was a lovely touch, perfect for some relaxation time. Lastly, the staff truly made our stay memorable. They were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We were sad to leave this place and would definitely stay here again.

Best aspects for a relaxing Easter retreat. Enjoyed the peaceful location surrounded by mountains and fresh air. the breakfast offered a good selection of food, including fruit and bread. the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the tour guide who showed us around.

Dislikes about the lack of amenities and services. the hotel lacked basic facilities such as an elevator and ironing services.
